Estimates

When you reach out to our team to get an estimate, your move coordinator will take a full inventory of your items either by phone, email or in person and discuss your specific moving needs.

  • Each home and move are different, but with your help we can determine the appropriate crew size and send you an accurate estimate.

  • Your estimate will show your hourly rate based on the number of movers and the estimated hours your move will take.

  • On move day, we will only charge for the actual time taken.

  • If the scope of your job changes from your initial estimate, let us know and we will make any necessary adjustments for a successful move day.

Customizable Services

We tailor services to each customer’s individual needs, providing quality services within your budget.

  • From start to finish including packing and loading all our belongings to delivery and placement in your new home.

    If we aren’t packing your contents, have all personal items in sealed boxes or in totes with lids. This includes artwork, table lamps, TVs, and glass shelves/tops. See our packing page for more information and tips!

  • Save a few dollars and have us move the big items, while you handle the small items and boxes.

  • At either end of your long-distance move, we can assist with loading or unloading your PODS and rental trucks.

    An experienced crew will maximize the space and protect your furniture for transport while loading. You supply furniture blankets for loading, and we will take care of the rest including hand trucks and shrink wrap!

    After the long journey to your new home, take a breather and let our crew unload and arrange your furniture and boxes where you want.

    Give us a call if you’re renovating your home and need furniture relocated temporarily. We can provide labor to load and unload a POD or we can store temporarily at our facility.

  • We have affordable options for moving just a few pieces from a store or another residence. This includes out of town pickups and deliveries as our delivery crews service all of Iowa on a weekly to biweekly basis.

  • Your move can be an opportunity to downsize and declutter! We can pick up and deliver your no longer needed items to your donation center of choice, or have us dispose of items that have seen better days. Depending on the amount of items, we can handle this during your move or make a separate trip before or after move day.
